NQ-8 3G/HD/SD-SDI 2 GROUP AUDIO DEMULTIPLEXER

The NQ-8 is a low cost 3G/HD/SD-SDI 2 Group Audio De-multiplexer which provides the extraction of up to four digital audio signals embedded in an SDI digital video signal.  The unit accepts one 3G/HD/SD-SDI input signal on a 75 Ohm BNC connector and provides one re-clocked SDI output signal on a BNC connector.  The NQ-8 also provides four AES/EBU digital audio outputs on four 75 Ohm BNC connectors.  A front panel recessed DIP switch allows the user to select which two of the four embedded groups to extract.

Front panel LED indicators show that the unit has a valid SDI signal provided at the input or the ERR LED indicates a loss of signal.  The GP1 and GP2 LED's indicate that a valid AES/EBU signal has been detected in the groups selected on the DIP switch.

The NQ-8 comes with rubber mounting feet for a standalone unit or you can rack mount up to four units in a 1 RU optional rack mount shelf.

Eliminating the need for AC adapters the NQ-8 comes complete with an internal universal switching power supply and attached AC cord.
