QUBE-5 3G/HD/SD-SDI Camera Transceiver Base Unit 

           

 

Designed to be the base station to the NLX-5  the unit provides a solution to transmit and receive 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals, including intercom audio, external audio input and GPIO over single mode fiber optic cable using ST fiber optic connectors at distances of up to 10km.

 Paired with the companion camera mounted NLX-5 you get the Census 5/5 package and you have a powerful tool to capture your next shoot. Ideally suited for ENG, Sporting Venues, Concerts.

The QUBE-5 provides one SDI input and output on BNC connectors as well as one optical input and output on ST fiber optic connectors. An XLR5 Pin Female connector provides intercom audio, an external audio mic level input and line level output are also provided on 3 pin XLR connectors. GPIO connections are made via a 9 pin female D Sub connector.  The unit also includes a headset level control.

 This low power rugged lightweight aluminum enclosure is powered by a 12 VDC adapter using an XLR4 connector.

The QUBE-5 can be a standalone unit or 2 units can be mounted side by side in the optional rackmount shelf.
